Transfer Key
GlobeTrotter allows you to transfer the key from one computer to another. This will allow you to upgrade to a new computer without having to contact us for a new key. This feature is also useful for laptop users.
The key can be transferred in the following manner.
Install GlobeTrotter on your destination computer.
Run GlobeTrotter on your destination computer and get the serial number from the registration screen that appears when the program starts.
Run GlobeTrotter on the computer that is currently licensed. Click on the help menu, then on Registration Status.
In the window that appears, enter the serial number from the destination computer and click on Transfer.
Write the unlock key down and enter it into the registration screen of the destination computer.
GlobeTrotter will now be locked on the source computer and unlocked on the destination computer. You may repeat the process in reverse later to move the key back.
